西北农林科技大学安康市中药材试验示范站简介
1.宗旨
秉承“顶天”与“立地”相结合的工作方针,发挥“涉农”专业优势,围绕秦巴山区中药材产业发展的深层次问题,以服务国家重大战略需求为宗旨,以从源头控制中药材生产质量为目标,按照“一站多点”模式构建产业发展技术支撑平台,推进政、产、学、研、企相结合;打造多学科交叉研究团队,建设国内一流中药材全产业链优势学科群;突破关键技术,取得创新成果,集成推广应用。为中药产业高质量发展和助力乡村振兴贡献“西农智慧”。
2.主要研究领域
(1)中药材优良品种选育。主要包括五味子、杜仲、丹参、绞股蓝、金银花、葛根、党参、黄芪等中药材优良品种的保护、选育与推广等。
(2)中药材规范化生产技术体系构建。主要包括中药材的基地选择、种质筛选、真伪鉴别、栽培技术、水肥管理、病虫草害防控、采收、产地初加工、包装、仓贮等关键技术参数确定与标准操作规程建立。
(3)中药材生产质量控制。主要包括药用植物种源、种子、种苗、繁殖材料、生产过程、药材质量等生产质量控制与相关标准制定。
(4)中药材相关系列产品研发。综合利用药用植物开发药品、兽药、食品、保健品、化妆品等。
(5)药用植物次生代谢调控。主要开展丹参、杜仲、绞股蓝、五味子、猪苓、天麻、半夏等药用植物次生代谢物合成调控机制研究。
(6)中药材溯源体系建立。将区块链、云计算和大数据等信息技术与中药材质量保障及溯源系统相融合,构建从种植、采收、加工、包装、仓储、运输到销售等关键环节的溯源质量管理体系。
3. 研究团队
团队成员26人,包括教授(研究员)10人,副教授13人,技术人员3人。分别来自beat365官方网站、化学与药学院、资源与环境学院、林学院、植物保护学院、食品科学与工程学院、动物科技学院、经济管理学院、机械与电子工程学院、人文社会发展学院等。团队研究内容涉及中药材鉴定、良种选育、规范化栽培、病虫草害防控、土壤肥料、农业机械、数字农业、产业规划、市场营销和产品研发等中药材全产业链各领域。团队近年来获批国家重点研发课题2项、自然科学基金项目5项、省部级项目6项、地市级和校企合作项目12项,累计到位经费1000余万元。
4. 首席专家
董娟娥教授,beat365官方网站教授,博士生导师,生物科学系主任,植物学学科点负责人。曾入选中国科学院“西部之光”人才计划、国家“三区”科技人才。兼任陕西省植物学会理事,药用植物专业委员会副主任,陕西省中医药产业发展咨询专家,陕西省中药产业技术创新战略联盟理事、专家技术委员会委员,西北农林科技大学安康市中药材试验示范站首席专家,西北农林科技大学中草药研究与利用中心副主任。主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家“十三五”重点研发计划(课题)、陕西省重点研发计划、陕西省科技攻关项目等10余项。发表论文100篇,出版专著、教材10余部,获批国家发明专利9项。参与完成的“杜仲优良品种选育与次生代谢物深度开发利用”获得陕西省科学技术一等奖,完成的“中药材规范化生产技术体系建立”获陕西省科技进步二等奖,完成的“20种大宗药材规范化生产技术体系的推广”获陕西省农业技术推广成果二等奖。
